I'm in Oxford with work on Thurs/Fri anyway so I'll be down there that weekend, so I'm happy to go ahead with it if other people are deffo going to turn up.

we need a date where we all know we can go. Easier said than done though

im currently unemployed again :( so unless i have a new job or a job interview im free to go. I just have never travelled on my own, sounds pretty stupid but could be fun :P in an area i have never been to. also it will be probably train for me as im to skint and really cannot be bothered to invest into driving lessons yet.

It'd have to be a 'crash course' as it's currently planned for next weekend! ;-)

Also, I'm inclined just to go ahead with it - logistics are that we're never going to get everyone free on the same weekend; we'll just have to have another one some other time if this one turns out to go ok.

train it is then :P don't mind traveling with the peasants, probably will get mugged by some posh talking university students buy hey its a weekend away from the missus and the stress of finding work. Then they wonder why so many people are on the doll !

am i the only one traveling long distance? if so how will i know who's who?

you know most people on here and on facebook.

I live in Nottingham, but the gf is from Oxford so I'm used to the drive down.

There are a fair few toffs in Oxford so to save any geek/toff confusion in working out who's from here or not I might go in drag (or find a more subtle solution).

Will you be employing Hollywood standard make-up artists, or are you not trying to pull Scaggeh ?

I think pulling Scaggeh would make sharing a house with the f*cker interesting. Mrs. RedJim wouldn't be too chuffed either. Perhaps I'll drug him and then bum rape him - that way everyone's a winner.

i'd forgotten about this and am now working next weekend so would have to say that I can't unfourtunately

I should still be able to go if it is the weekend after this one, as gf will be on holiday at that point anyway.

I'll go if there's somewhere I can stay cheap. The travel from Leeds and booze will soak up my budget I think. Assuming there's enough of a turnout to make the journey worthwhile
