On the basis that I believe the next England manager will get shot, that's an entirely superfluous use of the letter a.

Cappello has got the job but there are good coaches in England that are English but they only exist in the lower leagues it is only Gary Megson, Alan Curbishley, Steve Bruce, Sam Allardyce, Paul Jewell e.t.c. that are in the premiership but look at where their team is.
