I thought this post was going to be:

"I've been training boredom for the last five weeks, and only one trainee has popped from average to adequate. Is this a bug?"

No no no. You chew them and then flick them at people. Far more annoying.

Other alternative is if you have some cheesy 80s music on your phone, do the chav tastic trick of walking up and down on the train with it bleating out of your mobile (needs to sound slightly tinny), whilst dancing to it. You will mentally scar people for life.
