2008-01-16 19:26:37
think you will find 52,000 disagree with you, there was a load of tickets still going but now tonites match is a sell-out
2008-01-16 19:29:08
that doesnt mean he wasnt rubbish, just better than other more rubbish ones! Still, I really enjoyed him in the game as liked the school-boy style scorelines. ;-)

You going to the match?
2008-01-16 19:34:33
no have to listen on radio, think he will make a big difference to the players more than any other manager has,as well as it lifting the fans and cant wait for kick off just to hear that roar again, walking in a keegan wonderland.. never smiled so much in a long time as i have last few hours..
2008-01-16 19:41:14
So what do you reckon against the mighty Potters (Stoke not Harry...)?

Toon to win 7-4?
2008-01-16 19:41:29
52001.

Not a rubbish manager. Just too emotional. Slurgie had to bring out his A game in psychological warfare to win the league that time.

Shearer seems to have kept his options open when speaking on MOTD just now...when asked whether he would one day want to be Newcastle manager he just said "i want to manage a club one day" or something along those lines.

He doesn't seem to think Keegan will ask him to be no.2, but if he does, i think he'll do it.

Come on Havant & Waterlooville by the way!
