Not being funny but I hope so......the air of despondency at west Ham has been overshadowed only by your boys.

In fact the press have not really picked up on it due to Newcastles problems.

Hopefully Bellamy and Ashton will play together for the first time, as I think they could be good together.

wouldnt surprise me if bellamy is the first goalscorer as it happens all the time players playing against there old clubs, might be worth a few quid flutter

I don't understand why he didn't come off the bench on saturday.......we need him up front badly!
2008-09-15 23:36:38
its funny the way newcastle fans think theyre the best in the world. all theyre good for is eating pies.

I think all clubs have great fans and all clubs have poor fans too.....and some clubs have hooligans. Thats football unfortunately.

The Geordie fans do seem very passionate at the moment though, I will give them that. I wouldn't say they were good at eating pies only......

but i like eating pies dont diss the pies man.

Oh dear!!! JOE KINNEAR! lol

Mike Ashley .......... I cannot comment!

I am not even a Newcastle fan, and I really feel sorry for them now!

What the f*ck kind of an appointment is that!
2008-09-26 14:44:24
Well when I saw it I just couldn't help but laugh, if I was a geordie I think I would have cried though........
2008-09-26 14:45:20
A cheap one. Roy Kinnear would be better...

Is he actually in? Gutted if so! Is he the former wimbledon boss or is my memory that shot? And has he had a job since?
2008-09-26 14:46:16
His last job was at Forest in 2004. Yes he was the old Wimbledon manager though.

204? Roman footie - that sounds exciting!
2008-09-26 14:54:39
Woopsie....missed an 0 out. lol

Seriously though, he is famed for dross long ball football with Wimbledon. Am fairly certain Geordies want decent football, is Ashley really wanting to be the most hated man in Newcastle....for all of those that say he's a cockney....well I think hes a closet Sunderland fan. :/
2008-09-26 14:59:48
I thought the idea venables not coming was because he could be ousted as soon as a new buyer is found and they want their own boss?
2008-09-26 15:32:27
yes. that is providing Mr. Ashley can sell it.
