Only do this training at your own time and get some to help like personal trainers, they dont cost much really
All players need stamina
GK - Agility, Reflexes, and your positioning
FB - Strength, Tackling, Long Passing, Positioning, Sliding Tackling, Speed/Pace, Technique, play intellience
WB - Strength, Tackling, Long shots, Short and long passing, crossing, Pace, Dribbling, Technique, play intelligence
CB- Tackling, Positioning, Technique, Long Passing, Strength, Pace, Header, play intelligence
DM- Long and Short passing, Pace, Strength, Tackling, Technique, Long shots, positioning, play intelligence
CM - Short and Long passing, pace, strength, tackling, finishing, long shots, technique, dribbling, positioning, play intelligence.
AM- Short passing, Pace, Strength, Technique, Dribbling, Long shots, positioning, finishing
CF - Short passing, pace, strength, technique, dribbling, finishing, long shots, play intelligence, positioning.

Your personal trainer should know what to do on how he/she can train you in them. The skill i can train effectively is dribbling, long shots, finishing, general passing, pace, strength, stamina. Hope this will help you in your footballing career
