Subject: Woo hoo

Misses' car has been recovered in Leicestershire and 3 scum bags arrested. They were using it to commit another crime and hadn't changed the number plates.

Not the most intelligent thieves. Using a 75bhp Fiat Punto Grande that can barely do 70 up hill as a getaway car is a little daft.

No idea of the condition, but at least they'll be somebody to get some compensation from when they go to court.

No idea. Very little information at the moment. The car could be a wreck for all I know.

You're always better off if they catch somebody and convict as the caught will allow a compensation claim and make them pay weekly. Failure to pay is enforceable.

Gillespie wasn't involved as far as I know.

As a matter of interest, were you away at a Champions League match at the time of the theft ? Seems to be a lot of that about at the moment...

At my daughter's wedding. I found the whole thing very upsetting.

The Police have released the car and the scrotes (on bail). Hopefully the insurance company can get hold of it before the end of the week.

That's got to be the worst possible time for that to happen. Glad they caught the little blighters.
