Subject: Mario Kart Wii.

SNES ? I remember putting 10p into the arcade machines to play Donkey Kong, young whipper snapper !

If you can play Mario Kart against 12 people wirelessly and simultaneously over the internet on your SNES, and if it takes 20 seconds to set up - then I take it all back, you are right :).

What is a SNES?

It is a SUPER NINTENDO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM. It's always in capitals. They looked like a lunchbox, and played, well, like a lunchbox.

Dairy Lea console?

I have the following consoles in my loft:

1 SNES, including ace games like unirally
1 N64, including ace games like Goldeneye
1 Playstation controller

and 1 PS3 gathering dust in my lounge.

Not the PS3's fault. I blame the 14 month old energy-draining daughter!!
Bah, it was 20p for me :o( track and field buff myself.

You are right of course, but 4-way split screen battle game of Mario Kart on the SNES with a multi-tap against people you actually know is sometimes hard to beat :o)

Lack of technology meant game play rocked, and that is lacking these days in my opinion.

Anybody remember playing old FIFA games where you could sometimes get deflections when the 'keeper kicked it out?

Gone are those days!

aye the old FIFA games pure class. Back then you didn't expect the game to be perfect, but im more of a pes fan now FIFA have to many problems in their game play on these new technical machines.

my personal favorite was 98 where you could play 5 a side footy indoors

Is that the one you can get on the PC...where you just kick the ball high and long and run on to it and score?

I was more thinking of FIFA 95!
2008-04-15 19:52:16
yep

i can't really remember that far back :S i had a snes and a sega mega drive but can only remember mario on the snes. I can remember having 94 on the megadrive though

I can guarantee you did NOT have fifa 94 on the Megadrive.

The first Fifa game was Fifa International and then it was Fifa 95 and on.
