Ok everything sorted, I have checked tested it over and over again. When typing in the starting balance, type it in the cell A24 and every thing will be up and running from there and then fill in the income and outcome to get the suitable data. Do not type in cells: B13 to R13, B22 to R22 and B25 R26. If you do, then the spreadsheet will be messed up. Have fun with it.
