Apparently you can kill a scotsman with a crossbow on the Isle of Man if he is in your garden on a sunday wearing a kilt. Now that's a law.
Ask your question then. Unless you are wanting to know about the IoM laws which Woppa is the president of the council of lawyers over there as well as chief advocate.
thought it was a Welshman with a an arrow from within the walls of chester, after dark.
It might be as well. You can duff up the Welsh in Shrewsbury apparently, although it is currently frowned upon...
is just that i want to know how does work the legal system of england... i live in Venezuela and here the laws are writen... and my teachers told me that the legal system of england doenst have any writen law, so how you punish the "bad guys" what is the parameter to make justice? does exist any rule or someting write?

Yeah, we just generally make it all up as we go along.
If Gordon Brown doesn't like the look of somebody that is supposedly guilty of something we throw them in jail.
This is happening for things like dropping litter which is why our prisons are always full.

pelase men be more specific :) i am really interested :)
Don't listen to that wrestny mod.
When Gordon is on his lunch break he asks Cherie Blair to jail the bad 'uns.
She has a particular dislike to people who chew gum, and this generally holds a mandatory 3 hour jail term...another reason why our jails are packed...people constantly to'ing and fro'ing.

We have a basic system governed by the law of tort.
This is different to most other countries where they have a set system, i.e. If man 1 does a crime they look it up in a book and it is written down how long he goes to prison for. If man 2 does the same sort of crime he gets the same sentence.
In England there is no law about a certain crime until a case has been successful that then provides the law. Of course, we have loads of written laws now as it has been in place for hundreds of years.
The problem you have is that your teacher by saying we have no written laws has broken the law and as all web traffic is monitored by the government he will be stopped at customs if he ever comes to England and imprisoned.

and all they need to say is he is a credible threat but can't show the evidence cos it will harm their informants. Scarly similar to a book called 'a state of denmark' by Raymond Burgess
does exist any web page where i can get those writen laws ?
Sort of but they cost lots of money from the Law Society and you have to be a lawyer or a library to buy them.
Check all the link here to see what I mean. They might lead you to find out what you need to know.
