Subject: Law question

Hi people!
I must prepair for the next lesson in the university of law. We are going to do a conversation
about the question, if minor people (under 18 or even under 14 years) should be entitled to take part
in movements, which fight for the rights
of the gay people (our teacher is fancy about this question:S). I would be grateful, if you explained me,
which is the point of your country in this problem. And it would be great, if you could show me links,
where
I could see the related law (acts or cases).
I'm sorry, if this thread insults you. Me too. But I have such teacher, so I must deal with the question.

Anyone can take part in a political rally for any cause you wish. You cannot be legally gay in this country until you are 16, regardless of whether you are actually gay or not.

you can technically be gay from year dot. what you cannot do is take part in anal sex or oral sex if underage of 16, this is the same for straight sex as well as 'gay' sex

I'm guessing he meant technically as in legally...surely nobody believes it to be nature, do they?

I think it is nature in most, I mean what makes somebody so camp?

I also know that not all gays are camp, but some are naturally camp with the way they speak and everything......

Good point, but the fact not all camp people are gay makes me ask, do camp feel more comfortable being gay than straight?

Do many aspects that camp people have make them more attracted to males?

What about people who are not camp in the slightest but are gay? Is that nature?

That's odd as I always thought that the camp bit is the nutured bit and the bent bit was nature.

I have just phoned my mate Dave, a homosexual, and he thinks camp poofs (pooves?) have changed their behaviour to let people know they are gay without having to say so. He seems to think that er, campicity is directly related to how much of your career is based in the entertainment industries.

yeah, was slightly peeved as I felt some homophobia was creeping in and I have always felt this game is extremely tolerant of every type of person just not ken
