Also in the UK you dont have a newspaper entirely dedicated to sport that is published everyday like they have in France or Italy... that probably make their sport journalist a bit more pro-active to get news...

But the thing is with Nasri is that L'Equipe announced it last week as a done deal but not signed, the other thing is that no one denied it on the day nor the day after...

say if i moved to australia to manage sydney fc, i wouldnt buy a player from barnet just because that is just the country i come from, i will concentrate on bringing in players from the same country
