The migratory workers George Milton and Lennie Small head for new working premises. At the Salinas (river in California, south of Soledad) they stay overnight again. George instructs Lennie, as this has to behave, since Lennie is "small" at spirit. It is of outstanding Statur and worker, its reflecting is still more strongly toward things for stroking directed however only on the meal and. Under its large hands or often die they break; so the mice, which Lennie had. On the farm completely different types are met: Slim, calmly and deliberately; Carlson, referred and heartless; Curley, the son boss: aggressively and brutally; Curleys woman, lonely, ambitiously and dissatisfied; Candy, old, a hand is missing; Crooks, the discharged Afro American. The dream of Lennie and George of a self-support farm meets with soon approval. Candy wants to contribute the saved its life (the majority originates from its compensation for the loss of the hand), Crooks its worker. But the dream is not realized. Curleys woman picks up with Lennie, which wants to feel their hair, it straeubt itself and the episode escalates: Lennie breaks the neck to it. Before the author is lynched by the racing furious Curley, George gives him the grace shot.

i say let ken correct the homework for palazzo!
this takes me back... we used to pass our punishment lines round the train and get everyone in the carriage to write one line for us. this attempt at getting the english sokker community to do his homework is so audacious its almost tempting to do it! but then its even more tempting to completly stitch him up ;D

2008-05-20 19:48:32

2008-05-20 19:53:26

George Milton and Lennie Small are hard migratory workers, heading for their new work premises. They stay the night at the Salinas (some river). George informs Lennie that he must not behave like an immature freak at the meal. George reminds Lennie they are outstanding workers with great stature, which is reflected by their after dinner strokes.

On the next day at the farm, they meet various walks of life; from slim all the way to deliberate...Carlson, he's a referee and gutless. Curley - the son's boss - can be seen butchering a deer. Curley's bird looks a bit of a minger and is sat alone looking a bit pissed off with Curley who's butchering her dog. Candy looks old but somehow sweet with just the one hand. Crooks discharges his afro at an angry American.

Lennie and George sit with their clients to discuss their dream of turning the farm in to a drug den. Candy wants to contribute to this life saving idea (in sheer hope of being able to buy a new prosthetic hand) but Crooks disagrees and the dream is not realised. Curley's bird starts frotagging with Lennie...he strokes her hair long gold ie locks...he straeubts himself and...you get the idea. Lennie gets jealous and breaks her neck. For some reason the author is about to be lamped by the raging Curley, George saves the day and kicks him in the nuts.
