Subject: Bristol City v Hull
Hopefully it will be Hull. That way Middlesbrough wont be the worst Premier League (sh)city.
Windass just slammed in a screaming volley! there's life in the old dog yet!
not a bad first half, and a great goal... but the main reason its a good game is because both sides are equally rubbish. there will have to be some miracle signings for either of these sides to survive in the prem. City especially have nothing upfront. and losing Orr hasn't helped. Hull should get another in the 2nd half. Hull in the prem... oh dear
doesn't bare thinking about does it? hull in the premiership oh dear.
The real play off game will be tomorrow as both Leeds and Doncaster play good football. Plus there's not been many dull Leeds games this season, especially on telly.

oh dear oh dear oh dear... well done Windass though - kenning brilliant goal. but in the prem @ 40? he's no teddy.
no matter what happened today football was always going to be the loser. fair play to them though.
despite the premiership being difficult to stay up in there is a lack of quality big clubs up. no offence to anybody here who supports these clubs but the readings, wigans, fulhams, derbys, Boltons of the premiership lack the fan numbers, the financial backing and the ability to pull in the bigger players, which is a damn shame for the state of english football as well as the clubs.
fair play to portsmouth, theres the model of how small clubs should grow.

I had a feeling he was going to be the one to get them to the Premiership...almost 10 years ago he was playing for Oxford and i think he is still our biggest signing to date.
Avram's got the sack then...madness.

This is just pathetic. Chelsea going back to being the most hated team worldwide, only now owner and fans are as bad as the players. I wish we'll have a discussion next season about Chelsea's relegation.
I have always said English football died when Abrahmovic bought Chelsea...admittedly i was a teenager when he did come in, but i saw it as "cheating" as all the other clubs were clearly going to be under the cosh. I suppose the fact Chelsea are trophyless this season and considering the players they have got the manager has to go.
i hate chelsea, they were a tin pot club before abramovich and i resent the fact he has turned them into his play thing at the expense other english clubs that are ran properly.
same thing applies to the Glaziers. frankly i hope these disgusting money men leave these clubs because both have ran their clubs so unethically that they are on the brink of folding. and this is coming from experience, there is now no longer any room to run football clubs like this but because of who it is they hold the FA to ransom rather than be sanctioned.
i dont see how its fair that clubs like Everton, ran ethically and free from debt are on a level playing field with man united that are hundreds of millions of pounds in debt. as well as tapping up players.
football is a dirty business

A small correction, Manchester United are not 'hundreds of millions' in debt per se. The Glaziers who bought them are, but placed the debt against their assets - the club.
The clud runs at a siginficant operating profit year-on-year, unlike chelsea. Last time I checked United weren't on the brink of folding or being run 'unethically', what ever exactly that means?
I'm a United fan, I don't much like the Glazier family (primarily because they're in football for the money) but sadly they bought the club fair and square. Chelsea is entirely a different situatiuon...

i love the fact that people are still voting who will go up! waiting for ken to come along and vote for bristol city :)
Im sure well have more of a go than Derby and I have been watching Hull for 15 years and cant believe we have done it.
Just seeing Hull City at wembley was amazing now the likes of Torres and Ronaldo if there not rested at the KC. I can see us investing some real money as we really need to and we will struggle but thank god no longer the biggest city never to have a top flight team.

I am over the moon that was the tensest 45mins of my life. I firmly belive that city will beat derbys points and will do better than stoke next season.
