Wow, I managed to understand that.
For anyone that didn't, it said, Today in the local paper, there was a story, on the closing down of 3 out of 5 secondary schools, who are going to have to shut down, due to the government "thing", one of the schools stated that, 29% of their pupils are taking English as an additional language, as a reason as to why they have to shut down.

Hang on. They are shutting down schools because they have to teach English? They have been doing that for years haven't they??

@jaize nah they were failing if they didnt get like 50% of pupils getting 5 a* to c's at gcse (yay the news is going on bout the car crashing into a house nr me again) which i think is pretty disgraceful if you can't (ooft news just said a headless woman found nr a railway is close to being resolved :O run imoran) and the 5 has to include english. the one with the excuse only had 9% getting 5 :O

not got the results back yet but i hope not, my step brothers got to do his again in november and he's 22 because he needs at least a c in english to get on a college course, that the marines are paying for because he left last year, even though it's in carpentry. but i should have got a B easily :P
LOL it makes me laugh these days, grammer kids speaking/typing like that, I couldn't understand it, but then again I am probably older than you.
