he's good, but I reckon £1.5m is a full price - butif we get promoted....

Lets just hope that he signs on the dotted line before we get promoted...Yes we will get promoted - thinking positively! He's certainly been in some decent form since his arrrival at the club.

Hopefully we can land Moses too, he looks like a decent young player. Though I'm not that optimistic, I imagine he'll go to Newcastle as they're in poll position in the league.

Do you know much about Darren Pratley who plays in midfield for Swansea?

...then he might end just as a bench player? :)
From what I remember, English newcomers to Premier League get huge amount of cash from the FA to diminish the difference between them and PL teams...though I might be wrong

I see Chris Cohen in your side and scoring some nice goals, he was really supposed to be the next big thing at West Ham when he broke through, then to everybodies suprise he was sold. How do the fans of Forest rate him?
2010-01-29 22:55:25
He plays in most of our games and has been on the wing and at fullback quite a lot, where he has done ok - he's better in the middle though and has had a few more games there recently. He's one of those players you don't really notice - just gets on with it with nothing too special, although he does have the odd surprise (and odd dodgy pass). I think he's playing his best football since he's been at Forest at the moment though; he's pretty dependable.

I like him.

I am glad, I always like to see an old West Ham youth fulfilling their potential. ;)

Pratley is very fast and a clinical finisher from Centre Mid.

Paulo Sousa will never sell him :P
2010-01-30 11:36:58
Let's hope Paulo changes his mind then ;)

Your boys r up there this season, pushing 4 promotion! I see Martinez hasn't stolen all ur star players, which is good!

No, but he's an idiot and Jason Scotland has proved the grass is not always greener on the other side

I see in the news that Billy Davies has made up a story about being attacked. What a prat.
2010-02-03 15:26:08
Agree with that. He's behaving like a bit of a pillock - Nigel Clough's no Vinny Jones.
2010-02-03 16:38:02
he is diverting all the attention to him at a time where his team are going through a little blip ;) Its called good management OR the younger of you will call it the Murhinio way
2010-02-03 20:01:01
I rate him as a manager, hes done well wherever he has been I believe....hes not exactly a Glen Roeder is he. ;)
2010-02-04 10:25:55
Do you think so? That's giving him a bit too much credit really - he honestly does refer to himself in the third person at times - so a perceived personal assult from a rival at his ex-employer who he has personal issues with combined with playing badly and losing a nice unbeaten run (even if it's by one of football's softest characters) in combination has set him off from his mental knife edge preening his feathers and posturing like a good 'un. I prefer your version though, I just don't believe it.

I think we can all agree that Billy Davies is a bit of a nob. Fairly decent manager though.

I wish I could imagine 'Nice Guy Nige' lamping him one like his dad did to those forest fans back in the day. Sadly, it will never happen. Except in Billys imagination.
