Subject: Ronaldo time to face the music

As a Liverpool fan it is great to finally have a summer period without Steven Gerrard hitting the transfer headlines.

Now Portugal are out bring on Ronaldogate!!

Me think he has a lot of explaining to do.

Playground bully, has anybody seen him play well in a big game?

don't like the guy, he thinks he is the new god, fantastic player but as a man...

i reckon he'll go despite man u not wanting to sell and if he stay he should get stick from his own supporters

I think he will go as well....I actually think the hype he is getting has gone to his head.

The free kick he attempted in the 2nd half was just silly and never going to beat an International Keeper ...even if it was on target which it wasn't.

come off it people. whether or not you like man u or ronaldo, you cannot say he is not up to the hype. top goal scorer in prem and in champions league... from the midfield! hate to say it but he doesn't just think he is the best player in the world right now, he knows it.

a great player, even more great diver, but he is even more arrogant than me ^_^
he is like USA, some of the people hate it, some love it, but everyone knows it and has his opinion about it...

It was quite enjoyable too see how he almost burst into tears, when some German dude stepped on his foot, while he was lying on the grass.

I agree Ronaldo is a good player, but again I reiterate.....how many big matches has he played really well in and won the game for his club/country?

before the crash, befroe the trenchfoot, and before the years of walking barefoot on hot sand... actually my feet were probably fairly valuable back then as i used to compete in Pentathlon at a pretty high level. but the smell will have de-valued them i guess. ;)

i am now in a half-way house recovering - the doctors and insurance were only willing to let me go back to my home in the north if i agreed to stay with friends for a week or 2. i still spend most of my days sat up in bed, and too much movement screws the back still, but i am on track. turns out i actually broke 2 vertebrae rather than just the one (plus my sternum). hey ho.

Ouch you poor thing......
