aston pillar is a figment of your imagination? You need to be banned for that alone!

that depends a bit upon Guac's imagination, but as he is American, I would go with yes! ;-)
I LOVE the whole tea-making thing! You know, the playful 'splash!' of the tea as it hits the bottom of the cup. The thrill of adding the milk, and watching it settle for a moment, before it filters slowly down through the cup, changing the colour from dark brown to...a lighter brown.
And perching an optional Jaffa cake on the saucer, like a proud soldier standing to attention beside a giant... CUP OF TEA

Don't worry, it is probably just your head on The Hoff's body.
Oh wait. Worry.
Oh wait. Worry.
milk first ? surely then the bag gets soggy ?

It's what poor people use when making tea, or conceiving children when copius alcohol isn't available.
I prefer to use a mug and go tea bag, water, sugar, milk and stir anti-clockwise
Actually you are wrong.
Milk in first is correct etiquette and better in a hard water area as the lactic acid binds the calcium carbonate so you don't get scum on your tea.

Actually, you are wrong. It's to protect craply made china from having boling water poured directly into it. Those who use proper china are non-plebs.
Similarly, those that live in hard water areas are plebs. 2 nil, beehatch. And are you sure there's lactic acid in hard water? Or are you using sweat or something to make tea (not that I think there's lactic acid in there, either)?
