We all drink our tea just how we like it!

may i suggest getting some strong black tea then adding cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, and a bit of chilli, plus some condensed milk from the can. best to boil the whole lot together on the stove for 15 minutes. lovely.

I hear you brother!

I like mine strong too - I use Assam now - it makes a good strong cuppa, and tastes great but without the bitterness that you get with stewing a tetley for 5 mins. Assam also doesn't taste like air freshener unlike most of the rest of the Twinings range...

I thought they just smelled like air freshener but actually tasted like washing up dregs...

funnily enough, in asia and africa they just call it chai... although windhoek does have the curse of Starbucks where they make some sorry-arsed version which they probably call a cinnamon spiced chai tea skinny latte noncer or something similar

That's £2.95 to you guv! Would you like a shot of hazelnut syrup in that?

U tried rooibos yet Dylanos? Windhoek is probably the best place to have rooibos! I lived on the stuff in Cape Town!

Always wondered what's the taste of tea with milk, and - believe it, or not - I've got a brilliant idea that I can actually check it!

Oh well...maybe you have other type of milk? It might be connected with the grass being eaten by the cows...yup it rains more in UK so it's the other type of grass.

yeah i drank that a lot in the UK too... they do an awesome green rooibois, and also roobois chai tea bags.

@ borokos: are you feeling ok? you came over a bit Rogi Ron there

It would take far more than a bit of 'grass' to have anyone, let alone borkos (no disrespect) come over as me... those unable to tell the difference do so at their own peril!

btw, gunpowder tea, third-time brew, a drop of milk and an Ardbeg in tow, is the perfect brew!

What is an "Ardbeg in toe"?

The tea followed by a dram of Ardbeg single malt... bliss
