Apparently Norwich are signing Arturo Lupoli on loan for a year from Fiorentina tomorrow. Anyone know if he's any good ?

Oh, and I thought 5.5 million was a bit steep for Kitson.

Why are there so many undisclosed fees? Surely all the clubs know that their accounts become a matter for public record and you can easily find out how much people were signed for.

Should it really read - "We, the media, can't be arsed getting the facts as we can't be bothered."?

Yes he was good, if I am right then he was part of their youth side that reached the Carling Cup Final.....hes a striker, and left footed I think. Then again I am probably thinking about the wrong player.

Apparently Ronaldinho is coming tomorrow too, but with Roeder in his first full season......well you know the history. ;)

I think it's become the fashion because of transfer windows - if you announce you're signing player a) for x and you're in negotiations for player b), player b) might want y because you've signed player a) for x.

I thought they invented money so we weren't always trading x's and y's...

We'll have to see, oddly, it's being mentioned more in the Italian press than here. It was brought up a week ago, and when Roeder was questioned about it, said " you lot seem to know more about it than I do.". But yes, I think he's the same player.

Well he went on loan to Derby in the Championship and played fantastically for them.....................
