It's hard to say but... the way United look atm, it's pretty funny and sad too.
Nothing to be proud of.
On the other hand, I somewhat envy the Portsmouth fans.
Dancing for such a long time between the frying pan and the fire and still produce excellent results.
I so much wish they beat Chelsea in the cup finals...

Portsmouth will start next season potless, without any of the players they currently have, with a new manager, and having to go to Tuesday Night away games in Burnley, Millwall, or god forbid Norwich.
And you envy them ?
And you envy them ?
The very last bit of it, yes you are correct, I do not envy that.
But, as a club and in team spirit, that was an amazing experience for all those taking part and besides... I'm not so sure Grant will not stay with them next season.

you think Grant likes voluntary work ?
Why don't the FA demote teams entering administration to the bottom league directly, no matter where they were.
SFA did this to Gretna, they folded on the back of it, so a properly run team gets the chance to enter the league.
Livingstone also suffered this fate. They grumbled a lot and actually started div 3 late as they were protesting, but then decided to carry on as they were told they'd get booted from the leagues altogether.
A 10 point deduction or whatever it is, clearly isn't a big enough threat, so many English Clubs falling into administration.
If a Premiership or Championship team new auto demotion to League 2 was the penalty you'd see vast majority of clubs tow the line and operate within there means.
Pussy footing around breeds complacency and miss-management becomes the acceptable norm. This can't be good in the long run. If a big club fell off the map would it then be taken seriously?

Gretna can't be allowed off the map else where would so many English newlyweds celebrate their honeymoon?!
Time for everyone's favourite match up of the season again.
With this study suggesting that teams with only two day's recovery are severely hampered, Wigan's win today should come at the expense of a massive win for (well-rested) Arsenal. Six nil to Arsenal, with four of the goals coming in the last twenty minutes.
That being said, I couldn't see anything other than a Man City win in the cup final today, and look how that turned out.

I got three in the last twenty minutes, didn't I?
Anyway, goodbye Wigan. Glad you've gone. You may have "played football the right way," but the way you went about linking your salaries to your incomings was worse than Man City. Enjoy League One 2015-2016.
