Personally, i don't think he's drunk. He looks to have had a minor stroke.

His football association, and his bosses, also, any family members that would all want to know whether he was drunk, or has a medical condition.

if it was my job then yes i would be bothered.

I doubt very much that i'd turn up to work as pissed as a fart.

I've known someone who is an alcoholic. Never a pretty sight to say the least.

I once went to my former work drunk. Well, I went in the wrong factory by mistake. I kept wondering why the shreddies looked like cardboard boxes.
