2008-07-15 20:09:11
Referee Sergei Shmolik is led away by match officials after appearing drunk while officiating a league game in Belarus - see it here

Personally, i don't think he's drunk. He looks to have had a minor stroke.
2008-07-15 20:22:17
he looks like a drunk who broke his back :L
2008-07-15 21:35:37
who cares? that is the question
2008-07-15 21:42:11
His football association, and his bosses, also, any family members that would all want to know whether he was drunk, or has a medical condition.
2008-07-15 21:57:17
could you be bothered reffereeing a belerusian match?
2008-07-15 22:09:37
if it was my job then yes i would be bothered.

I doubt very much that i'd turn up to work as pissed as a fart.
2008-07-15 22:32:17
still, many people do regardless.

I've known someone who is an alcoholic. Never a pretty sight to say the least.

One of my mates is a functioning alky; good man - always up for a pint. It's the bin recharged full of empty Stella cans every night that's one step too far..

I once went to my former work drunk. Well, I went in the wrong factory by mistake. I kept wondering why the shreddies looked like cardboard boxes.

I hope this post makes no-one want to kill me.
2008-07-16 12:49:46
If it helps I think Shreddies taste like cardboard boxes?
2008-07-16 12:50:16
oh oh! Do you want to kill me now?!
2008-07-16 13:13:34

and imprision cardboard boxes

In slightly larger cardboard boxes.

Madness! When will it end?
2008-07-16 13:47:05
When Russia get tired of building ever larger cardboard boxes, one assumes.

You could then have an inter-continental game of pass the parcel.
