Woppa [del] to All
Anyone into this or is it just rugby for gayers?
2008-09-07 20:52:53
49's (use to)rule
2008-09-07 20:56:06
Correct. Any feelings on it these days?

I used to love the "almost live" feel of the old C4/Mick Luckhurst/Gary Imlach days. It's not the same these days with Kev Cadell and Nick "I wish I was a Yank" Halling. Just add Ron Jeremy, and there'd be enough wood there to put B and Q's shed department out of business.

I still follow it every now and again, just to remind myself how fast I could run.
2008-09-07 21:01:26
I don't get that. Are you Mick Luckhurst?
2008-09-07 21:06:29
Patriots Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
2008-09-07 21:10:53
i enjoyed the c4 coverage.sky's has toooooooooooooooooooooooo many ads too make it enjoyable.
2008-09-07 21:11:04
Do they?
2008-09-07 21:13:07
We have to support the Patriots. It's the law n stuff.

I have a 1980s Miami Dolphins hangover. I blame Don Johnson. Defeats are as likely as hurricanes for florideans it would appear.
2008-09-07 22:17:45
Surely you mean Dan Marino?
2008-09-07 22:30:56
Both, prolly. Don't forget, Don Johnson was Crockett (or Tubbs) in Miami Dolphin Vice.

its a poor imitation of rugby, rugby with helmets and tight kecks, also 10x as boring so a gay sport indeed
2008-09-07 22:54:39
Tight kecks instead of tight shorts and it's gay?

How about collisions 10x as hard which require the participants to wear pads and helmets? Still gay?
How about not having to stick your head between two other fat men's buttocks? Still gayer?
How about playing for about three hours instead of 80 minutes? Who's the gayboy now, mattius?
2008-09-07 23:05:44
Still follow it - have managed to watch a game live stateside 3 out the last 4 years - beats the heck out of sky coverage.

Also still buy 'First Down' occassionally- despite the fact it destroys any shred of credibility I have left when a casual observer glances at me in the queue in Smiths and thinks I'm buying a kids comic!
2008-09-07 23:06:32
oooh i have to wear a helmet because i cant damage my lovely face lovies! at least rugby shorts are baggy and we cant see their package as easily, nw shut that door woppa!
