Nope, fortunately i do not feel the need to get humour from the poor chap. Is it as you would expect a drunk man to act in a pub?

no i think he has been set up,for one how is he allowed to smoke without being pulled up about it which makes me think the pub where behind it or part of it serving him whilst smoking, i dont find any humour whatsoever in it..

Good chap, i didn't think you did. That does indeed sound like a set up. Didn't the last shop owner serve him alcohol when he was clearly drunk, then just told the media something like, i don't care if he's got problems, i didn't break any laws.

aye something along them lines,he is clearly drunk on this video with some of the statements he comes out with,his family not so long ago said please no-one serve him with alchohol if he approaches you,seems to have fallen on deaf ears..
