No I was clearing rubbish from our Childrens Home garden, picked up a big bit of wood which was heavy, I didn't realise glass was on it and grabbed hold of it hard to pick it up....the glass went straight in without me feeling it.....then there was claret and plenty of it. Hurts like mad now though. lol

Lucky escape for the nippers then! Make sure you get loads of savlon in it, glass cuts are often very toxic.

Wedge a saucepan on your head as well; that'll confuse them.

I worked in a bar back in my dark studentdom; one night was lugging some bags outside up the service stairs and wondered why my calf felt a bit breezy - broken glass had sliced my jeans open from the calf pretty much all the way to my shoe... Lucky escape with a minor scratch as it could have taken half my leg off.

I will take that advice if I go. ;)
