If she's strong enough to give you a list of chores and tasks she neglected herself, and following that give you grief for whatever you did or didn't do, then she's obviously not ill enough and shouldn't get a special treatment at all. The b!tch should be up and working or at least, the malingering tart should be waiting for you with the proper attire when you get back home!
