I loved Howletts! I went to Geoffrey Chaucer in the days when the animals escaped all the time, we had a lion wandering about once and had to stay inside whilst the vets darted it and often had monkeys, wallabies and lemur wandering about. I didn't know they did jam though...

Its made out of all the best bits the animals produce.

A Zoo has to make income out of those animals you know. ;)
