Almost got dumped from my studies, with a decent impact of an Englishman...to make it short:
*I'm getting the best mark from whole group on his classes, possibly on whole year
*I missed 2 classes + got late 2 times[20min]
*I missed & got late because of my allergy; after taking the anti-allergy pills I have serious problems with waking up
*he told me at friday that he considers my 2 latecomings as being absent
*I've got 4 class misses

Today he was sooo gracious, that he gave me a soft approach.
I just have to give him few additional writings, bring him a proof that I'm allergic and then, maybe, h will let me write my exam...

...in september!! :(

Haven´t heard from that word before.

Maybe you mean "annoy?"

At least your examples fit perfectly with it.

no, ennui is a word meaning general lack of interest or boredom, or depression.
I'm searching for those odd words...
