It even varies within county. I went to a High School and other half Upper School. Where I was born it was secondary schools. So 2 3 5 could all equally apply.

I'm guessing the word state needs to be in the name though?

It even varies within same County! my old high school is still a school as such but now called Futures Community College 11-18yo's, others are called High Schools.

I would go with High School if it's 11-16yo's or some form of College if 16-18yo's are going

In England generally 16-18yos go to college or a “sixth form”

Eg [school name] sixth form
