I lived in Copenhagen for a while and there they have similar problems with Swedes coming over with the ferry from Swden, to get drunk on cheaper alcohol... at least cheaper than in Sweden. The Danes in Copenhagen have a saying... "Keep Copenhagen clean, take a Swede back to the ferry!". Obviously they don't mean it to sound too harsh, but it is more than appropriate in this case.
