Subject: Help - English lifestyle

Hi all
I need some basic info about English lifestyle for my gf - she's an English teacher and they're having a "tematical week" about England this week.

So, what I need is really easy - just your "timetable" during your week, at which hour do you wake up, when do you have breakfast, lunch, dinner, when do you enter and leave your office, how much does it take to come back from work to home, etc. Any info will really be appreciated ;)

open my eyes at half 6, realise its half 6
close my eyes, open them again at half 7, quickly get dressed, have breakfast clean my teeth, leave the house at 7.40 walk to the bus stop, get the bus at 7.45, get to Boston at 8.20 walk to school, get to school at 8.30, talkin psr for 20 minutes.
first lesson at 8.50 for 50 minutes then the second one, then assembly then break, then 3rd lesson, then 4th, then dinner, then 5th and then the 6th which finishes at 3.20. Go to the lockers where our social clique congregate, talk a bit then leave. get the bus at 3.30 get back home at 4.15ish. whack the tele on, get on the internet eat a bit drink a bit then sleep a bit :)

Actually, I stayed 3 weeks in London many years ago, living with a family and studying in Wimbledon; and my timetable was very similar to yours :D

Mmm I don't think so.. I just moderate in Spanish-speaking countries, and I've only written twice in other countries: in Italy preparing a trip to Rome, and now here :P

Btw: I hope you do a great job promoting sk in UK ;)

depends on how cold it its, whats happening on here, when i can be bothered, whether i have any homework, but usually im in bed by 10 and watch whatevers on tele til about 12ish.

my day goes like this, alarm goes at 5;50, put on snooze for 10 minutes, get up 6 breakfast shower, out for 6;35, arrive at work 7; work till 12 for half an hour, back to work till 4 when i go home put on my fave slippers keep up to date with sokker then watch tele. din dins is at 6, have a cup of tea and several digestive biscuits, go to bed at 11.

Aaaah yes, i know who you are now, you are well respected ;o)

I'll get there with the promotion work. Haven't done an awful lot at present, (there is a limit to what can be achieved in England anyway due to costing) but i am gathering together my own ideas and will make a push when i'm ready ;o)

I think I've seen you also in the Valuation Forum, I'm the owner but rarely read/write there :P as long as there aren't more posts it's not worth moderating... :P
