Now that I am officially unemployed, (Don't feel sorry for me, the payoff was almost vulgar) I have a little more time on my hands.

What would you do more of if you had more time to do it?

you can start sort all your photos, videos and you can make some family DVD from them :-D :-D.
(i believe that you have it and as employed man you have never enough time for doiing this :-D )

You can put in order all your DVD and DivX films :-)

You can spend more time with your family :-)

The latter point is valid j-zed, you could actually get good. If i had the time i'd go around the world for 6 months or something, look at the world as young as i can. You've probably already done this though. It's something i'm considering...i have my ex-work case this thursday which can potentially net me £9k. I've got everything crossed.

Learn to play an instrument.

I've done 3.5 months already! and I managed to live with the equivalent of £50 a week all expenses included... And cause I havent been here for 2yrs I cant even claim the dole!

So I challenge you to do better... I should precise you should try to spend less than me a week!

A mate of mine is starting a 1 year contract to teach english as a foreign language in Ankara. He's effectively doing the evil Americans' dirty work by subverting the world into accepting English as the de facto world language, but he'll get to bum around Turkey while he's at it. He's had previous placements in eastern europe and China. All good fun I'm sure.

Maybe VSO would be more up your street ?
