Subject: Funny Christians

There is a church round the corner from me that always has slightly off-beat mesages on the big board outside. Today's made me laugh out loud when i drove past, almost causing yet another dylanos driving incident!

"The meak shall inherit the earth. If it's all right with you?"

God, my dad's been using that old line for years.

really? never heard it before and certainly didn't expect it from a church! pity its probably mostly wasted on a population for whom english is a 3rd language

It could be he's been hired by the church of namibia for some ad work ? He's a bricklayer so I'd find it unlikely though. I'll ask him.

Thinking about it, I'm fairly certain that's a Milliganism.
