Subject: [BWC] Shortbreads vs Digestives
Shortbread of course. That, oatmeal cookies and shephard's pie. My 3 favourite things to eat whilst in the UK. Looking forward to the vacation already.
This is fixed........Shortbread sucks chunks!
I demand a recount.....Just like in Iran.
Ok, maybe I wont get one.

By looking the picture of shortbreads, then it doesn`t remind me a biscuit. The name also refers it`s more like a bread or sth. Or I have misunderstood.
It looks delicious though and really would like to taste one. Maybe I have in Eesti, who knows.

I said its nice but Digestives are better.

Even the name 'Digestives' sounds like something out of a retirement home or a Bulimia clinic.
Shortbread is perfect, it's that simple.

I would take sides with Liverpool and slat Real Madrid....Thats not to say they are a crap team.
I hope that clears that up for you.

Over the green hills, next to a little bubbling brook lies the "turricantg retirement home" for old fogies and infirm seniles. That is where the worst cases of the Liver-pool disease is treated with digestives and slow talking. Marvelous place... spooky!
Its a great place. Full of retro computer games.
And there are posters on the walls of all the great players in Liverpool's great history.
You also get complementary Digestives when you stay there.
Bliss!.......Jaize has already booked in!!

Shortbread is a type of biscuit (cookie) which is traditionally made from one part white sugar, two parts butter, and three parts oatmeal (although plain white flour is common today, and other ingredients like ground rice or cornflour are sometimes added to alter the texture). Shortbread is so named because of its crumbly texture (from an old meaning of the word short). The cause of this texture is its high fat content, provided by the butter. The related word "shortening" refers to any fat that may be added to produce a short (crumbly) texture.
....Sugar, butter, fat, oatmeal, crumbly...whats not to like?
I wonder what porridge with lumps of butter and about 50 tea spoons of suger would taste like in the morning, might be worth a shot.
