I work for a car parts location company, one of the most requested parts is the vw gearbox, mainly because the engines run for so long that its cheaper to buy a 2nd gearbox and get another 20000 miles than buy a new car.

fiat punto gearboxes are also in high demand, but thats for different reasons, mine just went at 90000 miles.

oh, and ford mondeo front bumpers and rear bumpers - i put that down to sales reps...

I have been collecting ford mondeo front and rear bumpers for years now...
