Roquefort

Roquefort cheese is white, tangy, crumbly and slightly moist, with distinctive veins of green mould. It has characteristic odor and flavor with a notable taste of butyric acid; the green veins provide a sharp tang. The overall flavor sensation begins slightly mild, then waxes sweet, then smoky, and fades to a salty finish. It has no rind; the exterior is edible and slightly salty.

Dairylea Triangles

In the early 21st century, Dairylea Lunchables were advertised as “full of good stuff”, though the product contains high amounts of salt and saturated fats [1] Despite a 2007 reformulation that reduced salt content by 9% and saturated fat content by 34%, the claim “full of good stuff” was banned by the UK's Advertising Standards Authority.

In November 2008 it was found by the Food Commission, an independent consumer watchdog group, that Kraft Dairylea contained high levels of 3-MCPD, a suspected human carcinogen.

English spoof rock band the Shirehorses had a hit record titled Why is it always Dairylea. It was their biggest hit.

So far, a triumph of british engineering is beating one of the surrender monkeys' best.

Wouldn't it be simply better to open another competition for all the plastic-like foods and things... We can throw in the Dairylea Triangles, the Custard creams and a few other horrors.

dont worry, australia have some of the most amazing fish restaurants in the world. if we had a fish WC, that most bland fish of all, the cod, would win!

rhysyboy37, you've done the same thing with custard creams... isn't it time you realise your sense of taste and preferences are simply atrocious! Go gnaw on some plastic garden furniture, they would greatly appeal to your taste buds! ;-)
2009-07-14 21:22:38
