At the moment it's an U-23 competition, with 3 over age players(I think) allowed.

NO TEAM GB :D
2009-09-07 09:59:04
I believe its only a team of English U21's that will take part for Team GB.

Go away you sour old scot. ;)

You are not in favour then. lol
2009-09-07 10:12:37
lol
2009-09-07 10:14:13
Do you not think it'll give Scotland a chance to win something though? :p
2009-09-07 10:19:01
imo there would only be one scotland player involved and thats Gordon.
2009-09-07 10:21:36
No hes not that good mate. lol :p

Do you mean Flash Gordon?

He might make it. ;)

lol nah really Gordon is the best keeper i have seen since Shilton and for once England dont have a solid consistent keeper.

Some would argue that England are also missing another striker to play off Rooney but i would opt for Healey before any Scottish forward.

Rooney is overrated too imo. I am seriously concerned at the lack of decent forwards in England, keepers too but there are a real lack of World Class players all round imo.

that wee scottish lad mccarthy who plays(ed) for hamilton could make it, he is epic on fifa!
2009-09-07 21:00:31
seems unlikely we'd field an u21 side when everyone else will have an u23 plus 3 seniors team
2009-09-07 21:04:52
although having looked into it - it might be the whole competition will move to u21. FIFA want it but the Olympics don't like it - they are still arguing

Have you been reading my posts?

You'd have thought someone would've mentioned it before now.
