Anyone got any decent recommendations for online browser multiplayer games? Bored at work and I don't think IT will approve any game downloads...

A good war/strategy game would be nice.

It is either that or I'll have to make a new tactic. And that is more like work than work.

I thought you were the IT department :)...

I waste more time than is advisable playing Scrabulous on facebook, if that helps ?

Nah, the IT director and most of the good chaps left, so I have no special privileges any more.. Didn't even get a heads up when they secretly installed monitoring software. Only found out when I wandered down to their dungeon and saw my department's monitors being monitored on their massive screen.

Cancelled my facebook account recently(as far as is possible, since they keep all the data anyway), so Scrofulous is a no-go.

Hmm. Need a diversion. I might try this working thing. Apparently I should be grateful to have a job.

There's this cracking MMORPG called jobserve ? Have you tried it ?

Interesting game.

Just seen a job that sounds very like my own but pays 40% more. Probably won't get to play games all day, or turn up with a hangover, or not turn up at all, but might be worth a look.
Reluctant to get out of pharmaceuticals though, about as recession proof as any industry can be.

Someone must have a good game suggestion... surely?

My brother is working for bayer now, the place is littered with 50-something blokes who have only had one job. It's the only chemical place in Norwich, I think they do fertiliser, as you would round here. You could always try mousebreaker or miniclip, our 4 year old loves the monster truck game on there.

See, those 50 year olds have been through at least two recessions and kept their jobs.. The world needs pharmaceuticals..
Just had a look at my favourites list. 14 individual games bookmarked plus 13 game websites.
Just played the England Croatia game on mousebreaker. Lost 1-0. Hope that isn't an omen.

You'd probably win the second time, our lot did.

erk! Lost 3-1, Defoe missed a penalty. They'd better do better tonight

Try Amorphous+, a brilliant game where you run run round splatting blobs with a giant sword, or maybe The Last Stand series. Sadly every brilliant war game ive played is download. If you can, try Warrock, Crossfire or that free version of Halo Combat Evolved.

Cheers. I'll try some of those at home..
