What is your favourite genre/are yourf avourite songs?

Mine is the rock/metal area, with favourite songs being nirvana's smells like teen spirit, lostprophets with rooftops, queens bohemian rhapsody, iron maiden - no more lies and Darkest Hour - Demon(s).

I prefer rock or pop-rock. Don`t know the genres so well, there are tens of them on these days. But for example here are some bands I like - 3 Doors Down, Three Days Grace, HIM, Creed, Linkin Park. Also some bands have made one or two great songs, but won`t name them.

I have listened so many different groups, so I don`t remember all of them.

A stupid question - have you heard anything about the singer named Hannah - rings any bells?

Supergrass, They Might Be Giants, Blur, Ben Folds Five, Vampire Weekend. And many others that are similar.

Blur, of course did Song 2, which is also known as the Woohoo song. Probably one of the easiest songs to play on guitar.

And yet that band are some of the most accomplished musicians to make popular music. Go figure :)

Blur...I had their song2 as my wake up ringtone. It was the main song of FIFA 98 if I recall properly. Although, I've tried to find another good song of theirs but I failed...

I have quite a vast range of genres that I listen to, starting from some hip hop, going through with some funky songs, then going into artists like Sade, Emiliana Torrini, Arctic Monkeys, through some rock types like RHCP, Guns'n Roses, Muse, Kings of Leon, up to some hm..alternative musicians like The White Stripes.

I also rank highly The Smashing Pumpkins, The Fray, Late of the Pier, Oasis, 3 or 4 songs of The Kooks, Three Doors Down, Dire Straits and so on...

Classical music is quite good too, especially while learning, or reading. My favourite is Bach's Air :)
