Subject: wahey the lads!
really? i thought we were lucky to be drawing with 10 to go
a short cup run would just have been a distraction anyway. but long ball against a side so much weaker on paper? Pardew is a muppet.
yeah, clearly only won that because of Hughton...
So if you clearly only won that because of Hughton, didn't you lose yesterday because of him?
if he beats sunderland by a better score than 5-1, then he'll get some credit.
Come on give the guy a chance, surely if he managed a 5-1 away win it would be better than a 5-1 home win?
well we didnt expect anything before, a draw if we was lucky. Now we expect fireworks and easy win, especially after their cup loss, which was the biggest shock of the round.
fa cup fa schmup, you can concentrate on getting into europe now.
anyone know how ben arfa's recovery is going??
not sure, but signing him permanently is a promising sign :)
2010-11-08 16:58:15 - doughnut_jimmy to dylanos: Caroll may go in January, he's turning in to a quality little (big) player.
2010-11-08 17:59:31 - astonp to doughnut_jimmy: He wont, he physically wont be able to seeing as he has to stay at Nolans house til his court appearance at the end of January. Plus, he just wouldnt want to leave.
2010-11-09 10:54:23 - dylanos to astonp: i think he showed his loyalty by signing a 5 year deal last month. if he does we will get a lot of cash for him since he has a full contract left to run. He was one of the first to pledge after we dropped, and is key to our revival. And he loves it! :)
At NUFC he will be guaranteed regular first team football, which is what every player wants and what Andy needs if he wants to move up to the full NT side. he has always wanted to play for the Toon, and will not be going anywhere for a while. We are still a club that inspires loyal passion in a way e.g. City never will.
Fans always know it all when it comes to news on their own club, don't they? ;)
