Subject: British elections
Given we have a mainly right wing press, how do you think it would play in the media - which is where a sizeable proportion of voters form their opinion - if the Lib Dems p*ss on their own wet dream of 'working together'?
This is the Lib Dems chance to prove that concensus politics can work, not commit political suicide.

The only voters that need to be told of who to vote for are Sun readers...
The reporters get paid for lying in the Sun.....

a good point but I am hoping we will finally have a stable and progressive government like lots of other countries where people work together rather than gainsay for a living whilst the country crumbles around them. I am looking forward to a new era in British politics, even if Dick Cameron is in the hot seat.
I've got a strange feeling it will actually work.
But the old right wing of the Tories will never forgive Cameron, and likewise the ex-Labour left wing of the Lib Dems with Clegg.

Not true just thought what you put was a bit lame.
Looks like it will be a Con/Dem government after all.....Got that wrong Jaize!!

it happens.
lots of compromises on both sides are needed to make it work, my problem is, is that I cannot trust Cameron as much as I want to give him a chance. Hopefully I am wrong about that too...

Yeah we will have see ....Lets hope he can try to steer us out of our current problems and mantain a stable government.
only 45% of the sun readers voted conservatives according to some poll statisticy thing i saw. 23 and 21 for the other 2, there were 3 papers were the number was at 80%ish. Perhaps the sun readers arent so stupid and realised they were poor and need labour.
To be honest I doubt if most Sun readers give a hoot about it and didn't bother to vote...So I find that a bit fishy.
