Milner seems to be in Mancini's first team plans though.
cole would have got more money if he went to united or arsenal, witch there were offers, we offered the least money you sod.
I doubt it, money was the reason he left Chelsea and he wanted to go where he gets most. I even remember one interview when he was saying that he won't settle for less than something, and that he will find a team that will respect/value him enough to pay so, if Chelsea won't. So there goes your romantic story...

was it only money? I mean Chelsea let his contract run down and rarely made him a first team choice - that's got to make you look elsewhere.
And as for wages - I suspect it's as much about status as simple money grubbing. Not just so you can hold your head up when you meet other players at England training but so you know the club want you bad and that therefore you will play all the time. In the end the team makes you their best paid player expects you to be first name on the team sheet. Another club offering more, but noticeably less than their best, is not going to value you as much and you might end up bench warming

paying me even more not to do a job, even easier choice to make.
im sorry if you feel that way about football, if you are like that you may as well retire
retiring wont get you any money. Honestly, if you were playing PL football for a club you didnt support would you seriously not swap clubs for more money/more chance of silverware, etc, etc.
It's not like he's not being played there either.
I'd take the money everytime, unless it was Newcastle then i'd play for free, and why not?

I think he played as good as the Norwich team.......I was left shouting " Where are you! "
There was a vast chasm in front of him to run into, almost as big as the chip on your shoulder...
Oops! have I touched a nerve!
At last rattled his cage!
