No response to the fact that Liverpool have been pretty useless since I supported them? I vaguely remember the fa cup final in 01, but don't remember the uefa cup or league cup final. I remember the league cup in 03 (I was 7) and remember really from then on. Although in one weird spell in 04 05, I supported ipswich (true story) because of Shefki Kuqi (what a legend)

Being cynical I could say that it was the Champions league win that got you to support them.
I'm not actually one to criticise people if they do choose teams because they win things, they usually play the best football and are on the TV more, the more times you see someone play, the more affinity you get towards that team which is why clubs allow U-12's in so cheaply. I get annoyed at people who change teams because they realise they team they support aren't the best.

Yep, you'd have still been young enough(based on how old you've said you are) to be influenced in who you support, a CL win in the way in which it was done would certainly have been enough to make a number of young people become Liverpool fans.
I had been supporting them throughout the season, but admittedly the CL run got me off the Ipswich tracks, I was a proper Liverpool fan again by Istanbul (It was probably Juve and Chelsea that got me back)
Being a Wolves fan who goes on message boards, there's a link to certain sensible bloggers, this blog I believe talks a lot of sense, so thought I'd pass it on...

You'd never support anyone but Wolves though, right ?
As for rhys, fans of most clubs don't get to win the champions league, or the FA cup even. The fact that you consider them to have done badly since you've supported them shows how out of touch you are with what a "normal" fan puts up with, and to a masochistic extent, enjoys about their club.

Istanbul.....The greatest CL game ever!
Everyone had written us of at half time!

Never, I love my club, nothing beats the highs or lows of Wolves' results, or non results as the case is seemingly so often the case, or was until McCarthy came in anyway.
You know that, well it's (insert your club) they'll only throw it away feeling that you always have well that's disappeared from Wolves and it's quite an odd feeling.
I could quite easily bore every single user on here talking about Wolves.

Apart from me, I'm the type of person to always think, well an early goal and it could get interesting.
There was a game in the WC where a side were 2-0 down with about a minute to go(Uruguay/Netherlands I think) and I said that Uruguay could still easily get a draw if they scored quickly as the Dutch would panic, they scored about 30 seconds later and almost got a second.

When you consider most people in school support Man U and Chelsea, then maybe I'm not so much of a gloryhunter. I know one person who supported Arsenal with the Invincibles then Chelsea with Mourinho.
Anyway,
Anyway,
Everyone has their own definition. But I'd say you were a Swansea supporter who also follows Liverpool.
ok, I'll be that then.
And also a Haverfordwest supporter.
I know their rubbish, but in 2003 they got into the UEFA Cup.

More recently than Norwich (1994 I think). You be whatever you want to be :).
