the point of the allstars group is that there will be some players & managers who live and breathe the premiership. Those like Gary Speed, David James - those kind of players, and others who may have only been in the prem for a short amount of time, but were great players or managers, and ones that you would want in an allstar team assuming they are in their ultimate form / skill.
