Forest signed a hatful of players over the summer.

IN = 1 loan player

OUT = 3 loan players & 1 undisclosed sale & some youngsters.

The supporters aren't happy. In a way you've got to respect the board, having said that they're only going to sign players that are better than those the club have already got, and if the deal's not right it's tough. In another way it's typical Forest to build hopes up and then mercilessly crush them, if it's not bottling playoff matches, it's threatening to put a decent team together and then dismantling it (remember Reid, Jenas, Dawson, and the almighty Gareth Williams). Fair dos when it's the chairman's money, but if we're pap in the league until Christmas, and then don't sign anyone, there'll end up being uber-moaning, which there always is at Forest anyway, so it''ll be business as usual then.

they have a good strike force with earnshaw and blackstock, could have added a defender or 2 though.

Forest will be top 6 or at least top 10 by the end of the season, they already have a squad capable of winning the league. Top 2 places are basically down to luck with injuries and getting the team to play as a cohesive unit.

Our wingers are both injured and the team isn't playing brilliantly. Top-half I reckon, with a fair chance of playoffs in which they bottle it again and we're beaten at home 6:4 or some such demented scoreline.
