Lambert does appear to be a good coach. His methods are the only difference between us and anyone else in that league really. If this is what he can do with league 1 players (Holt was in league 2 when he came to us, now he's scored 20 goals in the championship), it will be interesting to see what he can do with Premiership standard ones.
