with paper, but i believe you can vote online if housebound, i think..
No. We don't use it at all.
We tried it and it was rubbish. We have either paper at a polling station or postal voting as I prefer.

I agree with Jaize. We can't trust the system to conduct an electronic vote without cheating.
A good historical example would be how George W. Bush got elected through rigged punching machines!

There is an old saying, the people with the vote do not have the power. The people who count the vote are the people with the power.
Worth remembering that we are a small country geographically, with formal, transparent voting systems.

And, Andre, if you look at Brasil as a model, electronic voting would be great if tampering and corruption could be removed. I am pretty sure that anyone that has gone the "tiny" distance between Sao Paulo and Rio on a bus will understand the necessity of voting this way in a country this size.
