Simon [del] to All
Hello!

I'm looking for a family member of mine who moved to England (Plymouth, as far as I know), shortly after the Second World War. (mrs. Rachel CALLANDT, married to mr. Fred BLYTH). They had two children: Annette and Nicola BLYTH.

Can anybody give me further information on how to find them?

Thanks in advance :)

might be a silly question, but you tried social networking sites such as Facebook. you know theres 4 names you know so it shouldn't be to hard to find at least one.

Yes, I did :) Problem is that the people I know are all approx. 50 years and older (and they don't have FB I guess)

you could always try searching for just the last name and see if any matches come along from area that area. even if they don't, it might be worth asking them see if they know anything that could help you.

Hi Simon,

I think you are spelling it wrong as
Nicola M Blythe was born in 4th quarter 1948. She seemed to have got married in 1965 and perhaps again in 1986.

Annette S Blythe was born in 2nd quarter 1951.

Are you sure its not with an e?

And why do you want to know?

I'm making a pedigree of my family :)

My uncle gave me a mourning card of my granddad which mentions the name 'Blyth' :)

WOW! Thanks mate!

I found a picture of mrs. Callandt on that site which mentions that her husbands name is 'Blythe' :)
Then I asked my mother if that was her, and she confirmed it :)
