its looking a bit confusing, but i'll probably get it...

Looks pretty poor so far, but gives me something to do when bored.

Could grow on me i suppose! Not fully sure what i'm doing...i'm going for a youth based set up, but tried going for a level 3 youth coach, then level 2, then level 1...then i didn't have enough cash for the sign up fee!

i quit almost immediately. Its just too plain. the layout and every thing. The game play seems complicaed and i couldnt even find a sort of help manual for newbies or something...

It's called "manual" i guess. The problem for me is it is quite buggy, the Player page in the Manual brings up nothing, and the explanation on hiring coaches is not very well written at all. Had no idea what i should be searching for as a new player, and it costs £100k just for the search!

How do you change ticket prices? Should i sack everyone with talent 0?

Should i have a B squad? Is there any benefit to me setting up friendlies all the time?

You set ticket prices by going onto the matches page and clicking on the calender for your home match and selecting a ticket price on the right side of the page.

I think I've managed to sort through most things now, I've got a line-up selected, pulled the 5 youth players and have 1 decent one with a talent of 4, got a staff member for all available positions, bought the stadium boards and accepted offers, upgraded my youth school to basic(1) but don't think the training ground will be needed at the moment.

I just need to know whether building any shops is a good idea and then let things sort themselves out and see where I'm at and whether any players can be brought in.

Matches play out in text mode??
