yup. the sokker match engiene is Sokker's main selling point...
Sounds like you got yourself set up pretty good.
I have the 5 youths;
15yo 5s 4t
15yo 4s 3t
15yo 2s 4t
17yo 16s 4t
I sacked the other talentless one. I've got a l1 t1 main coach, no youth coach, l1 training ground and l2 youth school, no other staff and £140k in the bank.
Got a Chanpionship team in the cup today too.

Posted this in a different forum, but may be useful for new joiners:
Setting a Line-up
When you first join click on the tab 'Players' in the top left menu.
This will let you have a look at your squad, most of whom will have talent in the range 0-5 and skills in the range 120-180.
In order to be assigned a league you have to set a line-up. A quick way to do this is to select the formation you want in the tab 'Assistant Coach' in one of the menus on the right of the screen. I would recomend 3-5-2 as midfield is very important in the game. You then need to click 'Set Line Up', and then under your list of players the tab 'Update Line-Up'. Finally click 'Set Tactics' in the menu on the right, don't use saved tactics.
You will have now selected a team, and will be assigned a league shortly (I believe at 6pm (20.00 game time) new teams are assigned to leagues during the daily updates).
Pull Some Youths
Click the tab 'Youths' in the left hand menu. You will be able to pull 5 youth players, this is your full start of season quota. At the mid-point of the season you can pull a further 5 youths.
Get some regular Income
Click the tab 'Facilities' in the left menu (mid way down in the section called Office). In the right hand menu on this page click the 'stadium' tab. You will see a page where you can choose to expand your stadium or build Advertisement Boards. Click to build 10 Ad boards, and then once built click the tab 'Ad Boards' below where you clicked 'Stadium' before. On this page you will be able to accept board offers to fill up your 10 Ad Board spaces, its a great source of income.
Key Days
Training occurs every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday at 10am (12.00 Game time).
Weekly financial updates in which you will pay your players / staff occur each Sunday at 6pm (20.00 Game time).
Player Cap
Mid-way through this season (15th April) a 'player cap' will be implemented. In total with A squad, B squad and Youths you can have 50 players. If you have more you will not recieve any training.
How Training Works
All players in your main and youth squads recieve training (if you are under the 50 player cap).
Younger players train faster than older players, at age 31 players start to lose skills pretty fast.
Players with higher talent train faster.
You can improve the speed of training in your youth setup or main squads by improving your facilities or hiring an improved coach. An approach many teams have taken is to focus their training on the main squad and they sell all of the youths that they get.
Training Setup
After the weekly update each Sunday, but before the first training session on Tuesday you should improve your coaching setup so that players can improve faster.
I would reccomend getting only a main coach initially. You can do this by clicking the tab 'Staff' in the left hand menu. Click 'Search new Staff Member' then in the next page search for a coach with training 5 & level 1, try to choose a coach with a low salary and signing fee (and with a boost to passing as midfield is most imortant). This will give you a cheap main coach who will provide a small boost to your team performance, but a big boost to training - It costs 100k per search so I would stick to that rather than going through and seeing what all the other options cost.
Getting a youth coach is similar, but you need to select the skills of the youth coach you want. A youth coach with a high training level (5) will be too expensive for a new team to afford.
To improve your facilities, click the 'facilities' tab in the left hand menu and then click 'upgrade' on the facility you would like to improve. For now I would focus on your main training ground.
Experience
Experience gained will improve a players performance on the pitch.
For every 10 experience a players skill is boosted by 1.
Experience can be gained by:
Playing a league match: Adds 3 Experience
Playing a cup match: Adds 5 Experience
Playing an international match: Adds 5 experience
A week in the 'B Team': Adds 5 experience (added on Sunday update)
Experience is capped at 600.
